Arrived last night and today came into Montecatini to soak up the atmosphere around the stage finish.

Big stage 255km from Assisi.

500m to go on the finishing straight. Tight bend before full throttle so we will be there to watch the carnage.

To clarify the shout when a car is approaching from either direction
Car Up - Means a car is coming from behind you
Car Down - Means a car is coming towards you

An easy way to remember this is; coming from behind is 'UP' your arse and coming towards you is 'DOWN' your throat.

Now that is cleared up we can confuse things with Car Back.

Philip Corker posted an update: I got terrible cramp in one calf and totally numb feet after about 3 hours riding Saturday, I can still feel in the calf now,not pleasant.

I tried to drink as much as poss resulting in excruciating stitch, being new to this road cycling malarkey can anyone suggest a cause, I've never had it before.
And please don't invoke rule 5 as Nick Cotton did, I used that up riding up on Saturday on those bastard cobbles in Lincoln.
