Good point Matt – I know I’m a bit reluctant to go on the long flat ones. I won’t be coming tomorrow either, but that’s because of time limits. I’ll do one in the summer & take my beating like a wimp. I’m not sure I can make any claim to being a climber at the moment either – I’m riding like an out of shape circus bear with panic disorder (same as always!!).
I’ll rock up for a coffee tomorrow, but will probably do my own short and pathetic ride. Doubtful for me Mr R. It’s going to be baltic!!
I went out for a quick ride before work this morning and it was a nightmare. Every side road was covered in ice. I’m planning to head out on the local trails on my mountain bike as it seems a safer option.
Raining now, could turn to ice so I’m going to make a decision in the morning. Stick to the A roads, at least you get free electrolytes.
I’ll come out to play roulette. See you @ 9
