i’m away this week but back next. went for a run this morning – hurt like hell!! get me back on the bike!!
West is most defenately out unless you like 4 ins of snow n black ice curb to curb, just took 2 1/2 hours from Dore to Hathersage!!!
Canny ride today gents, cheers to Keith for the scenic route and to Mick for keeping me company on that last grinder!
ps. think I’m cursed:
1st ride = busted overshoes, 2nd ride = lost computer, 3rd (today) = downhill blowout + new tyre, tube & levers (smashed me shite ones in a wee strop!)

Sorry, family commitments getting in the way again! I am around for a ride on Sunday morning, but need to be back for lunch (so probably not able to lend much support at Monsal).
Good luck to those competing though.
My Saturday morning ride this weekend is limited to towing the little one down to Nonnas in her trailer whilst the wife goes shopping.
Not out this Saturday, just Monsal on sunday. Have a good one.
Forgot about monsal so will you all in a few week and good speed dudes.
I’m not going to be out. I feel like sh1te with a cold and am saving every last ounce of energy for Monsal Head on Sunday.

mmm, it makes me angry to think that theres no thought for the cyclist who the biker hit, in fact to think he hit the cyclist after loosing control of his motorbike makes me wonder how fast he was riding it, surely questions must be asked! however i think the police might see it as they are both dead so why persue it.

Omg i would love it, mind you how long are those hills! I’m sure I had one of those bikes when I was like 2! Had peddles on though. Lol
